About the design:
What began as a way to spend more time with my son, get fit and earn a little grocery money, has become lifelong journey for knowledge, community and respect. Refs Need Love Too started as a fun way to connect with fellow lovers of Soccer (Proper Football) and other Referees around the world. It has now become a platform for change.

Through humor, analysis and education, we are slowly changing how people view referees and officials in all sports. We care and have a love for the game as much as any player or coach. Sometimes even more.

The Logo highlights 3 key elements:
Red Card - Upholding the Laws of the Game sometimes means dispensing the harshest punishment
Heart - We are human. We care. We have feelings too.
Latin - The words stand for Courage, Knowledge, Integrity and Love. 4 characteristics of any great referee.
